I have used the cheaper gouache by another company and wanted to \"upgrade\" this designer gouache is exactly how I expected good quality gouache to perform. I am very pleased, so pleased I am now looking at purchasing a few more colours from the range. I enjoy painting portraits in my art journal/sketchbooks. The pages do not stick together like acrylic paint

I was sent the wrong item and asked to return the item which I did. I was then informed that they had told me the incorrect delivery information. Was sent the correct item eventually, but whole process took one week. All in all every aspect of service seemed very disorganised.

The website is very clear and easy to use, the prices are the best I've found (even with overseas postage) and the package arrived in good order extremely quickly, all the way to Australia. Very very happy!

Everything fine except for plastic wallets for A4 & A5 Winsor and Newton Portfolios which were packed loose in parcel and arrived bent and creased after sliding around in transit. Also self same articles were poorly punched for fixing in said portfolios, a thus each sheet needed individual attention in fitting, not what you expect from a premium product. The Portfolios and plastic wallets are NOT listed in this questionaire ---- Alan Knight.
