Silver Brush Black Velvet brushes are made from a blend of Squirrel hair and a new type of synthetic filament called Risslon. Because they are blended, these premium short-handled brushes possess the durability and spring of a synthetic brush, and the liquid-holding capacity of a squirrel mop, making them a great investment. They are designed for use with water-based paint; principally watercolor, inks, dyes and silk-painting.
The black Risslon filaments are mounted in black ferrules. The end of the sleek black handle is bevelled and can be used for burnishing and scraping.

Dieser Pinsel ist super weich und hält unheimlich viel Wasser. Das gleichmäßige lasieren von Flächen gelingt mühelos. Die Leistung ist bei diesem Pinsel top. Allerdings ist der Preis wirklich sehr hoch. Habe ihn am Black Friday gekauft. Dadurch war er bezahlbar. Deshalb 5 Sterne. Einen Flat würde ich nur wieder kaufen, wenn er im Angebot ist, ansonsten wäre er mir zu teuer. Allerdings gehe ich davon aus, dass dieser überaus hochwertige Aquarellpinsel viele Jahre hält.
