I was expecting a smaller bottle with a fine top for outlining

The product is not great through-out m experiences ans i woul not buy it ever again, recommend it or even use the whole amount of this tiny amount of masking fluid. Not only is this a bad masking fluid ( sticks to the paper and ruins the paper which is not cheap in itself, and, yes i tried various papers to makes sure-both student and profesional grade) but, it is also unreasonably expensie for the amount that is given.

Normally I rate Schmincke products very high, but this is a disappointment. This always rips the surface of the paper, even the most resilient ones (like the new WN Professional paper - which is pretty much indestructible). I left it on only until the paper was dry, I tried heating it... No matter how gently I try to remove it the surface of the paper always gets damaged. For the price this hurts quite a bit. Only 2 stars.

I've used various types of masking fluid, but really never got on with any. The reek of ammonia always put me off too much. This, however, has no odour. It's easy to put on, and a doddle to remove. I've used it on a couple of paintings and it's persuaded me to use masking fluid more regularly. Lovely!
