Returning Unwanted Items
Should you wish to return an unwanted item, please follow these instructions:
- Download and complete the Product Returns Form
- Include the form in the parcel with the unwanted item(s).
- Send the parcel to our Returns team at the address below.

If you wish to return an unwanted item, please make arrangements with a carrier of your choice. Regrettably, we’re unable to refund any postage costs for the original order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order contains faulty or damaged items, please contact our Customer Service team instead, and they will assist you.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
We do our utmost to dispatch orders as soon as possible, this means that we are generally unable to cancel or amend orders after they’ve been placed. If you’ve made a mistake with your order, such as stating an incorrect delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team swiftly, and they will do their best to assist you.
