This is my absolute favourite watercolour brush. It has a lovely point for detail, holds its shape beautifully and is a joy to paint with. What’s more, it’s vegan. I now wouldn’t want any other than Rosemary brushes and would love one of these in every size!

A really nice inexpensive synthetic bristle brush. It's really good with watercolour and holds its shape very well.

I am impressed with this series of brushes so far, they hold lots of pigment and have a very good point

Good quality brush but lacks a fine point. Long bristles allow the brush to hold a lot of paint and it is great for acrylics and watercolours

Really impressed with Jackson's quality of paint brushes, I do a lot of work that requires fine detail and rinse through brushes usually. This one in particular is daily usage for me, never had any stray hairs come off it, glides perfectly. I use it for watercolour and ink and I am incredibly pleased, can't get over how cheap these bad boys are.

Great quality, super point and carries plenty of water

I have to admit, quality of this brush was a surprise for me. One word to describe this brush is: "Sturdy". It has a good heavy handle that I like. Feels very durable and balanced when held. The tuft is made of quality synthetic hair. Really nice overall performance, definitely exceeded my expectations for its price.

I bought a selection of these brushes out of curiosity, having always bought Winsor and Newton Cotman brushes before. What a pleasant surprise! Not only do these brushes more than match the Cotman's, but I would go so far as to say they are better! I work as an heraldic artist, so I have to do some extremely fine work at times and their 2/0, 3/0 and 4/0 are superb for my needs! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these.

I bought these for my beginners group to paint in watercolours. Pleasantly surprised by the paint holding capacity, and the point. Hopefully will maintain their performance during heavy use.

Like the size 6, for synthetic brushes, good holding capacity, and point.

Another good product - good point with lots of spring - doesn't hold as much colour as a sable but very good value.

This is a stunning brush for the price. Holds lots of water for loose and fast painting, yet keeps a very fine point for detail. It is a good weight and has the right amount of resistance to reliably spring back into shape. I'm very happy with my purchase, thanks Jacksons!

Very pleased with this brush. It holds a good amount of paint and has a pleasant spring to it. Sharp point that allows for fine work. Very good value for money indeed - I won't feel guilty mixing colours with it instead of using an old useless brush!

Okay! I admit it, I was going to have a moan about how quickly my brush got worn on the tip, (where they always seem to wear) Then I realized, It was because I was using it constantly because I liked the feel of it so much. without even thinking about it!This is a lovely brush to use, and great for doing trees particularly! Thank you for the free brush. Speaking as one who owns a Rowney Danne nos. 14 and a W&N Series 7, nos 12 etc., which I purchased years ago, the brush is a magnificent addition to my collection. It holds its water well and and the point is great.

I wasn't sure how good these brushes would be, but the only way to find out was to try one. I needn't have worried, they're good.Synthetic brushes often feel hard and unresponsive, These brushes have a wonderfully soft feel, but they have good spring and pointing as well.I have used most of the well-known synthetic brushes and these are as good as any of them.
