Fantastic brush, got this as a replacement for my old 3\"\" (when it eventually dies!) and am very pleased with it (so far, kept it purely for use with laying clean water washes. The only slight issue i had was it was originally missing from the (2nd, jackson's) order, however one phone call straight through to customer services, and the brush was sent straight out on the next post -really can't fault the customer care/staff for their help -i hate having to phone people about problems when they arise (especially as i suffer with severe anxiety) but the staff were a delight to deal with, didn't make me feel as though it was my fault, and solved the situation promptly and professionally... hence, i have already recommended them to fellow painters/friends, and shall be placing another order soon. excellent quality in all products i have ordered so far, and a delight to order from.
