OUR STORY

 

Since 1990, the Italian Art Store has been supplying the finest variety of quality art supplies, along with personalized one on one customer service, to a wide range of customers.

In 2018, we moved the Italian Art Store from Summit, New Jersey to Waterville, Maine. As a small family business, we are excited to be in this wonderful New England location steeped in history with the arts.

Waterville is home to Colby College and the Colby College Museum of Art, a world-renowned American Art Museum. Maine has been home to many famous artists over the years; Winslow Homer, Edward Hopper, Alex Katz, Rockwell Kent, Louise Nevelson, Fairfield Porter, Neil Welliver, and the Wyeth’s to name a few!

In 2021, we partnered with Jackson's Art Supplies, based in the UK, to allow us to dramatically increase our range of products from around the world.
