Made from the strongest hog bristle from Chungking. These bristles are double-boiled so they are not too stiff. This gives them extra spring and life and allows for maximum stroke control. The DaVinci Chungking Bristle Spalter is interlock constructed so it keeps its form after long and vigorous use. While being hand-shaped, stiffer, fat bristles are removed to ensure better flags at the tips, which hold and carry color for better control. The Spalter has an extra wide brush head and an extra long 12" handle. These unique features make it a great brush for large-scale painting or applying grounds. Series 7055
